PREVENTION INSTEAD OF CURE.

Prevention and health promotion measures address people holistically and strengthen their personal resources. The behavior of each individual should be positively influenced in the long term, so that one learns to maintain one's own health. The Latin term "praevenire" means something like "precede". In the field of physiotherapy, too, prevention aims to forestall illnesses (primary prevention). Primary prevention measures are therefore aimed at healthy people without a disease or healthy people with risk factors. But people with health restrictions can also counteract other clinical pictures or a recurrence of the symptoms.

Our practice offers you  various offers for prevention and health promotion. We concentrate on the 3 fields of action exercise, nutrition and stress. Our approach is "prevention before treatment" because the time you invest in prevention is significantly less than treating the illness or injury. Therefore, we recommend our patients to actively work on their health even after their recovery. Our offer ranges from 1:1 personal training, to group courses, to independent health training. Our therapists will be happy to advise you on which fields of action are particularly important to you and what type of care is best for you.

HEALTH-ORIENTED TRAINING WITH YOUR THERAPISTS

It doesn't matter whether it's preventive training or following treatment. Our therapists will be happy to accompany you in the independent health training in the Clever Fit Greifswald premises. Your therapists will work with you to develop an individual training plan tailored to your needs. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to device training as well as helpful tips and recommendations for optimal implementation. You can then carry out your training independently without an appointment. Your plan will be adjusted and optimized at regular intervals so that you get closer to your goal step by step. In addition, you can use the course program at any time. Therapists will be happy to advise you on which type of training and which courses are most suitable for you.
