The leech treatment is one of the so-called drainage methods. In the case of arthrosis in particular, leech therapy is ideal for relieving pain and reducing swelling through the decongestion effect. The symptoms caused by arthrosis are often noticeably alleviated after the first leech treatment.
In general, leech therapy is extremely helpful for all diseases that are based on circulatory disorders or inflammatory processes.

Cupping is a traditional healing method that works against tension and pain. During the application, glasses are placed on the skin in such a way that negative pressure is created. This causes more blood to flow into the cupped area. Cupping is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the drainage process. A distinction is made between dry and bloody cupping. Depending on the findings, the therapist decides which procedure must be used where. Reflex zones (Head'sche zones) on the back play an important role.

Neural therapy is one of the so-called regulation therapies. These are intended to solve functional disorders of the entire organism, activate or dampen the nervous system and thus activate the body's self-healing powers. Basically, neural therapy is divided into segment therapy and interference field therapy.
Neural therapy can be used for acute complaints such as injuries. Above all, they are used for chronic diseases. Common indications are: chronic pain, especially back pain and headaches, nerve pain (neuralgia) such as trigeminal neuralgia, functional disorders without a physical correlate such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammation, joint diseases, hormonal problems, depression

Dorn therapy is a manual technique that combines elements from the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine and gentle chiropractic therapy. The Breuss massage is a special energetic massage along the spine and is ideal for people with back problems (it is often used as a preparation and follow-up for the application of the Dorn therapy). The aim is to stretch the spine and give the intervertebral discs more space in order to regenerate better - all this is done taking into account the meridians.

The term chiropractic comes from the Greek words for hand (chiro) and action (praxis). Joint blockages, which are usually associated with muscle tension and pain, are attempted to be eliminated with the help of special hand movements. Any pressure on nerve tracts should also be reduced and ultimately the body's self-healing powers should be activated. The general goal of chiropractic is to normalize the functionality and interaction of joints and muscles while relieving or, at best, eliminating pain. In order to be able to release the blockages safely and gently, the associated fascial structures are released beforehand (myfascial release).

Kinesiotape (developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase in the 1970s) has been an integral part of orthopaedics, sports medicine and pain therapy for many years. Muscle tension can be relieved and the muscles can be supported in their function. The tape can both increase and decrease tension. The stimulation of certain skin receptors leads to reduced pain perception and thus to pain relief. The stability and mobility of the joints is improved. The gluing of the tape leads to a wavy lifting of the skin. This significantly improves the lymphatic and blood circulation. Bony misalignments can be gently corrected. The tapes relieve tendons and ligaments.

Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is one of the simplest science-backed treatments for pain, anxiety and stress. The starting point of this relaxation method is based on the interaction between muscular and psychological tension. In other words: the relaxation of the muscles, which is brought about in relaxation training, leads to a feeling of calm in the mental experience. This deepened sense of calm in turn causes increasing muscle relaxation - which creates a positive circulation.
